Safety-First Return Policy (Food & Wellness): To ensure the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on any food-grade products, including our Hibiscus Powder, Whole Flowers, or Tea bags, once the package has been delivered. This ensures that the products you receive from us have never left a controlled, food-safe environment.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: While we cannot accept physical returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.

The Process: To initiate a claim, please email us at info@naturalevity.co with your order number and a photo of the item/packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Processing Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.
